I used this recipe. Pretty tasty. Really garlicky (plan ahead... as in plan not to have plans unless everyone around you is going to partake). I used Fage Total 2% yogurt for the sauce. Also got this Greek beer called Mythos that's really light and refreshing and pairs nicely with the gyros. I really don't have a lot to say about this. Mainly because I just ate one and consequently am kind of in a food coma.
